Central Guest House (it was opened in 2012-07-22) is in the center of the town (str. Shahumyan, bld. 12/1), in the neighborhood of well-known “Armenia” and “Olympia” health complexes. The Guest House is close to the “The gallery of mineral waters” and to the artificial reservoir, it’s located under the auspices of the “deer”, the symbol of the Jermuk town. Central is a modern building with contemporary architectural solutions admiring everyone.
Central Guest House will attract even the most exquisite guests with its high-quality furnished rooms. An area of the building is of 800 square meters and the rooms are distributed in standard and deluxe class rooms (in total 14 rooms). Rooms of economy class are designed for 2 people, with an area of 24 square meters, and the deluxe rooms are designed for 2-4 people with an area of 45 square meters (simultaneously the guest house can accept 45 visitors). There is a parking place for cars next to the building.
The guest house may provide 3 times meal formed by the personal preferences and tastes of the visitors. It provides the best conditions to enjoy the perfect holiday.
